Corrupt Government Files: CISPA

WARNING TO ALL INTERNET USERS IN THE UNITED STATES YOUR ANONYMITY IS AT FURTHER RISK BY THE PROPOSED LAW CISPA

CISPA is a proposed law that would further allow the sharing of private information between the government and private companies.  They say that it is for cyber security, and while it would no doubt help catch malicious hackers, the proposed law is so broad that it would allow for spying on the general public.  It is possible for them to watch everybody, because we outnumber them, but they can certainly watch those who are not sheeple by putting them on some sort of list.  I have no doubt in my mind that if this bill where allowed to pass and come into effect as law, that certain, not all members of the government, would want to use it for malicious reason.  As such, I urge all readers to contact their congress men.  It was shut down once, but has been introduced again some time in February 2013.  This is also why I strongly recommend the use of the Tor browser.  When used correctly Tor allows for complete anonymity.  By using the Tor bundle and following the simple advise given on the Tor website, they will not be able to trace you.  Some ISP’s may be able to see you used Tor, but not what you used Tor for.  If one is crafty you can find a simple excuse to prevent any questions, simply say you like your privacy.

Corrupt Government Files: John Hickenlooper- Gun control

The current Governor of the state of Colorado will soon be signing legislation to put a ban on magazines with a certain capacity.  Many politicians are using school shootings and other shootings to advocate strong gun control.  I find it sickening that they would take the deaths of children, and twist them to meet their own wicked desires.  This is proof that certain the government is trying to disarm the American people.  These same people would like to take away other human rights, such as the freedom of speech.  They wonder why school shootings have gone up.  They say that it is because of lax gun policies.  Let me tell you this my fellow anons and my readers.   They like for sheeple to think that its like this

School and other shootings are the result of the fact that you can get a gun easily, therefore stricter gun laws are needed because since we have the right to bear arms, and that involves guns, we need to take away the guns.  I have found a different pattern which makes more sense

instead of it being because you can get a gun ( which i will explain why it should be relatively easy to obtain firearms legally in a few)  It is because of gun control.  Think about it !

There are more and more school shootings , even though there are laws preventing you from bringing a firearm into a school or federal building.  Remember that word  YOU… YOU  are not a criminal so  YOU  do not bring your firearm into those places.  A CRIMINAL doesn’t give a rats arse about a sign.  To them it equals sitting ducks.  No sign has ever stopped a criminal form committing a crime.  If it did we wouldn’t hear in the news how someone shot up a school, or robbed a store or restaurant we would be hearing in the news ” sign stops shooter”  50 years ago there were no laws like this in place.  Crime was lower back then, because they knew odds are someone is going to be armed!  I have an associate who owns his own business.  He allows his employees to carry a gun , in fact it is MANDATORY in the company policy.  I know what your saying ” but thats unfair” well its unfair that I am not allowed to bring my gun to work, because that’s discriminatory as well, its a two sided sword people!, and yet…..HIS STORE NEVER GETS ROBBED……..SEE THE PATTERN?

Work places say if they let people bring guns to work it could easily start a work place shooting.  Yes this may happen, but guess what!?! If you allowed all your other workers to carry a gun they could defend themselves.  If a disgruntled former or current employee wants to do a workplace shooting, your sign will not stop them, they are already committing freaking murder people, they don’t care about getting fired.  So I find it pretty irresponsible you do not allow your customers, or your employees the means to defend themselves, which are guaranteed to them by not only a FEDERAL CONSTITUTION! but also  A STATE CONSTITUTION!

That is all for now, thank you for reading, I hope that I have informed you to the fullest extent of my ability.  Provided below is a link to the publicly available source I acquired this information from 🙂

Ways We Are All Criminals

A lot of people say that anyone who is a member of anonymous, is automatically a criminal.  Criminal=Bad!  Quite the contrary, anonymous is not a terrorist organization, or a gang.  For anyone can be anonymous.  Whether you do illegal activities or not matters not.  Just like any group out there, there are people who commit crimes, and those who remain with in the law in them.  Many protesters are part of anonymous, as well as civil rights groups, and human rights groups. Even if we were considered “a gang”, you could not arrest members who break no laws.  It is called freedom of association.  If criminal gangs such as the crips and the bloods can use this as a defense for when they haven’t been caught committing a crime, but are known gang members, then surely members of anonymous who commit   NO CRIME WHAT SO EVER, should also be allowed to use this loophole.  Now the title says ways we are all criminals so I will give you a list of ways we all might have broken, or might be breaking, the law right now.

1. Texting while driving.  Many people text while driving, even while they are at a stop sign, this is still illegal.  If you say it isn’t as bad, well even two seconds with your eyes off the road can cause a fatal accident for many.

2. CopyRight Infringement! if you ever watched anything on megaupload, you are breaking this law.  Ever download music illegally, guilty, at one point if you ripped songs off a cd to your computer this was considered breaking that law, and if you rip your own dvds for a copy on your computer you are still breaking this law.  In a way also if you watch youtube, often you will be breaking the law because most users don’t get permission to upload those songs.  Why would you buy a digital copy when you already spent 20 bucks on the dvd that you already own

3. seat belt laws
This is pretty straight forward, it has been law for years now that you must wear a seatbelt while in the car, can you honestly say you’ve never not worn your seatbelt?

4. underage drinking The majority of teenagers and college students now a days do drink underage, and how many adults out there can say i didn’t drink before i was twenty one

5. Porn laws I have never done something like this, but I did have multiple friends whos older brother, or their parents gave them a playboy, this is a felony and in many states is required you register as a sex offender

6. Assault The definition of simple assault is unwanted physical contact, or to intimidate someone even if there is no violence used.  This is typically treated as a misdemeanor, but in the case of aggravated assault, and assault and batter, or the officers discretion, it can become a felony.  How many of you can say you’ve never ” intimidated someone” even if you didn’t mean to

7. Gambling
How many people here don’t have an office pool, or how many of you don’t play poker with your friends for money, not only is this breaking gambling laws, but also tax fraud.

Some of you may or may not be christian, but in Christianity and many other religions no ” sin” is greater then another.  So if you are a christian technically you are no worse then anonymous.  Regardless of religion, many people break these laws and that is still bad.  Good day, I hope I have informed you.

Corrupt Government Files: Clayton Luckie

Clayton Luckie is a Former US Representative from the state of Ohio.  He was also a lawmaker for the state of Ohio.  Recently this man was convicted of stealing over 130,000 dollars from state funding.  Yet another politician caught with his hand in the cookie jar.  Many sheeple like to think that the government isn’t corrupt, when it is.  This is proof that it happens all the time.  Come to think of it, he was only caught stealing 130,000 us dollars, whos to say he hasn’t stolen even more.   If you are a tax payer in the state of Ohio, this man and possibly many others have stolen practically, directly from your pocket books, and then spat in your face.  Further more in a link provided below, his escort protected him from being photographed and filmed, he pushed reporters, and even spat his gum at them.  Clayton Luckie did not try to prevent his escort from doing so.  It makes this anon wonder just how much this former Representative cared for his former constitutes.  Also, let this man serve as an example to all corrupt politicians.  If anonymous doesn’t get you, then the other  bodies will.  Take a good note at the photos.  It would appear that one is portrayed as a common criminal, and the other a trusted government official, yet they are the same man.  So let this be known to all readers, not all government employees are wolves in sheep’s clothing, but this man, and many others who have been or yet to be caught certainly are
